Kenneth Osman
Kenneth Osman was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (F.Inst L.Ex.) in 1983 and is authorised by the Institute of Legal Executives (under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999) to provide “Immigration Advice and assistance” at all levels and advise and assist in nationality matters. As such, he is does not have to register with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). He is also authorised by the Institute to exercise the powers of a “Commissioner for Oath” under S.113 of the Court and Legal Services Act 1990.
He provides advice and assistance in relation to all type of immigration/nationality matters and has, before joining this firm in 2001, previously worked for other firms of Solicitors in London, Birmingham and Walsall. He has many years of experience in immigration/nationality matters (including entry clearance applications and appeals) and previously was accepted by the Legal Services Commission as a supervisor of immigration departments. Ken is fluent in the Turkish language. He has lived and studied in Cyprus until 1973 and has a graduation diploma from Namik Kemal Lisesi in Famagusta Cyprus.
