About James Pearce And Co.
James Pearce & Co is the trading name of a limited company (James Pearce & Co Limited) which was formed in 2006 to take over the solicitor partnership of James Pearce & Co, which was founded in 1998 by two local Birmingham solicitors Edward Pearce and John James who were both born in Birmingham and after meeting as friends at school at the age of 5 years ultimately both qualified as solicitors. In 1998 they decided to take the ambitious step of forming a practice together and so established a new firm in Ward End on 2nd April 1998 with just 6 members of staff.
In the following years, with the assistance of some excellent members of staff and a great deal of attention to the service that we provide, the firm grew both in terms of the number of offices and the numbers of staff employed, but still retained the core values of the small business that it grew from. With the same consistent approach the firm expanded quite rapidly until the time of its conversion into a limited company the staff at the firm in total was approximately 60 in number. Since then the Company has grown further and now has over 80 staff in total.
The conversion of the firm has enabled new procedures to be established to enable further growth, without the loss of the care and attention to the business that makes if successful, the personal approach of its directors, managers and staff and the ability to be flexible in meeting the needs of clients.
We hope to continue our expansion and to continue to service the local community and to provide as full a range of legal services as we can. It is our aim to be able to provide specialist advice to both the individual and to businesses and to do so in a personable and friendly way and to make that advice clear, concise and understandable, avoiding jargon wherever we can. We always try to look to the changing legal environment and to tailor our services to meet the needs of our clients and we hope to continue to be able to do so in the future.
