History of James Pearce & Co

James Pearce & Co was founded in 1998 by two solicitors Edward Pearce & John James.

Since then, the firm has grown both in terms of the number of offices and the number of staff employed, but still retains the core values of the original business that it grew from. The firm thereafter expanded rapidly and now has over 50 staff in total.

In 2006 the firm converted to a limited company. The conversion permitted new procedures to be established to enable further growth without the loss of the care and attention that made the business so successful - the personal approach of its directors, managers and staff and the ability to be flexible in meeting the needs of clients.

We hope to continue our expansion, in order to both continue to service the local community and to provide as full a range of legal services as we can. It is our aim to be able to provide specialist advice to both individuals and to businesses and to do so in a personable and friendly way to make that advice clear, concise and understandable at all times.
