With the ever changing property market James Pearce and Co now have a specialist property auction department coordinated by Louise Gallett at our Ward End Office. All types of properties can be auctioned whether residential or commercial, buildings or land.
Auctioning a property can be particularly advantageous that given
when the auctioneers hammer falls on a successful bid, the contract
is made at that point. This creates a binding agreement ensuring the
completion is set in accordance with the terms of the contract. We
work closely with the auctioneers to prepare the necessary auction
legal pack and to ensure that any approaches from potential buyers
are dealt with and that all of the required information is provided.
We work in conjunction with both local and national auction houses and can prepare a Home Information Pack in-house prior to auction and see the whole transaction including attendance at the auction on your behalf through to completion of the sale.
We can also deal promptly with any auction purchases that you may make, especially in view of the strict time constraints that may apply to help to ensure that your purchase is completed in accordance with contract.
