Civil litigation is dealt with by our specialist litigators Nigel Latham and Lyn Edwards who also deal with commercial litigation matters. Civil litigation includes disputes between parties concerning non commercial matters where no physical injury is involved. This can include claims for property damage, consumer claims, employment related claims including unfair and wrongful dismissal and Landlord and Tenant litigation.
