We can deal with all aspects of the relationship between Landlord and Tenant in the commercial field including non contentious matters such as new leases, licences to assign or transfer of leases dealt with by our Commercial Conveyancing property team or contentious matters including forfeiture, rent arrears, service charge disputes etc through our Commercial Law and Litigation department. We can also act for Landlords in connection with residential property including tenancy agreements, possession proceedings and rent arrears again through our Commercial Law and Litigation department.
