Power of Attorney
We can offer advice on all aspects of the creation of a Power of attorney whether to enable someone to act for a specific purpose on your behalf, or in general terms for all of your property or affairs. We can also deal with Lasting Powers of Attorney, designed to enable someone to deal with your financial and welfare affairs even in the event of mental incapacity. We can also deal with the registration of such powers with the Court of Protection where appropriate.
Where it is not possible for a Power of Attorney to be created we can deal with a full application to the Court of Protection for the appointment of a Deputy. We can arrange home and hospital visits when necessary. If you have any questions please contact us.
